We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, request one via our Returns and Exchanges Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We partner with Corso to provide Shipping Protection to our customers. If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, here’s how you request a reorder.
1. Shipping Protection reorders are made easy here.
2. You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.
3. Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.
4. This information is sent to Corso and they may reach out to you with any questions but they usually will have a resolution within 24 hours.
You can also chat with them online or email them at support@corso.com. Have your order number ready. If you purchased Shipping Protection, please contact Corso with any questions you have regarding shipping issues.
You can request an exchange via our Returns and Exchanges Portal. We'll help you send your original item back to us, and we'll process a separate order for your new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
